Verfall's first body base, free to be used privately, publicly, or commercially. You are required to understand Unity and/or 3D modeling programs by buying this model, as Verfall does not aid in avatar creation with this base.

The model has a complete armature, set up and ready to go for Unity. Adding your own items and accessories should be a breeze! The base has been tested and has been completely set up inside of Unity without the need of 3D software with a head, but if you would prefer setting it up inside of 3D modeling software of your choice, you may also do that. The head bone has weights for the neck, so that way assembling your avatars should be seamless. Just parent your head to the head bone.

TOS

This model is free to use in your own projects, whether they be public, private, or commercial. However, the following TOS applies.

PRIVATE USE

You may use this avatar unrestricted in private. You may edit to your heart's content. Verfall is not responsible for misuse of its content, and will not be held responsible should users decide to violate any TOS by using said content in a way that is deemed unfavorable, unsavory, or the like.

PUBLIC USE

You may make avatars in an unrestricted manner for public use on platforms such as VRChat, or other digital reliant properties.

Verfall does not condone its content being made not safe for work for public use. Should you feel the need to make this content not safe for work, Verfall is not responsible, as it comes in a safe for work state. This call would be made at the user's discretion.

COMMERCIAL USE

You may use this base for your own public works, for profit, as long as you PURCHASED THE MODEL. If you DID NOT purchase the model, Verfall may take action against those selling the model without proper ownership.

If you did not purchase this model for some reason and you manage to get ahold of it, it is purely restricted for Private Use. Verfall reserves the right to DMCA your project(s) should you fail to provide your licensing number and are selling content of which you do not own.

DISTRIBUTION

If you have made something with the base and you would like to privately share it with a friend, you are free to do so. You may NOT host this body anywhere that would make its raw file(s) publicly available.

You cannot sell this (or parts of this) on Second Life or any games with a digital market that does not give access to the files themselves for users to own. The only current exception is VRChat Avatar Marketplace, since that is often to give access to full avatars for people who want it as is without having to set it up (no time, no knowledge of editing software, etc).

CONTENT CREATION

You may make and sell content for this avatar, unrestricted. Accessories, clothing, textures, etc. Verfall, however, is not responsible for 3rd party content, and will not be held accountable for poor tastes or harmful content. Harmful content is strongly advised against, period.

Demo avatar seen in images with FNAF Mangle's head and parts is NOT. INCLUDED. It was created purely in Unity as a test to make sure you could assemble the avatar without the need of 3D modeling software.
